Direct its efforts within a framework of management that is aligned with the spirit of continual improvement and believe that the success of its customers and suppliers is their own.
We decided to support our mission through the following objectives:

Our History
Trade and International Advisory Sagu Ltda. was born in 1998, following the departure of Chile in the Latin American branch of Fisher Scientific, American company, world leader in providing products for the laboratory. Its origin was to organize a local company responsible for maintaining and protect the interests of the company within the country.
Sagu Ltda. is a local capital company that provides its clients with knowledge, efficiency, innovation and tailored solutions in the areas of equipment, tools, furniture, chemicals, consumables and engineering services for analytical laboratories.
Sagu Ltda. sells products primarily from Fisher Scientific and other manufacturers and distributors, domestic and foreign.
Since 2005, Sagu Ltda. has ISO 9001:2000 certification, which guarantees its customers continuous improvement of processes and ongoing training and qualification of its staff.


Sales & Marketing
Sagu Ltda. covers the entire territory of Chile, serving a wide range of clients, from quality control laboratories and research and development in industry, laboratories to universities and research centers. Our sales representatives are constantly visiting the most important laboratories, keeping them informed about new products and applications.
Our engineering division is responsible for developing and implementing construction projects and laboratory furniture and installation of laminar flow hoods and exhaust gas


Customer Service
Our customer service department is the center of our organization. By phone, fax or e-mail, our representatives serving customers, preparing quotations, processing orders and available for any assistance they might require. We measure the quality of our service through key indicators such as delivery time, performance of firms, index returns, claims and customer satisfaction.

Technical Service
The Technical Service Department provides repairs, plant start-up and verification for each instrument sold. It also provides services and training in the use of various equipment.
We extend the manufacturers warranty, with technicians trained by our suppliers, and maintain critical spare parts in inventory.
We offer repair services and preventive maintenance.
For instrumental covered by ISO standards, we can provide complete documentation and keeping detailed records.


Administration, acquisition, storage
These areas provide support to sales team. They are responsible for key activities such as finance, documents, accounts and procurement. Manage our warehouses for standard products and hazardous chemicals, organizing storage, packaging, handling and dispatching our products. They let the products come to your lab through our own transport system or third parties.
